CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS and EXCHANGE
The product can easily be returned. The actual return cost of the product is borne by the company if the product is defective or the wrong item was received.
To qualify for a return/exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Customers can return defective or incorrect products up to 5 days after receiving their order.
- The product tags must remain intact.
- The item should be in unwashed and unused condition.
- Only new products are accepted, including those that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.
- Include the original packaging when returning the item.

REFUND OPTIONS

- Coupon Code: If your order was placed using a gift certificate, the refund will be issued as a new gift certificate of the same value.
