We at Glimmsy.com want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange, subject to the guidelines below. This policy is applicable to products delivered within India and is in line with the specific return terms outlined by individual sellers on our platform.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You may initiate a return request if you receive an item that falls into one of the following categories:

  • Incorrect product (size/color/variant)

  • Quantity mismatch

  • Damaged during transit

  • Product not functioning as expected

For such issues, we’ll provide a return shipping label to make the process simple and hassle-free.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Tags, labels, and protective coverings should be intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the product defect or issue is required to process damage or mismatch claims efficiently.

If the item is defective or incorrect, Glimmsy.com will bear the return shipping cost. For imported items, only the product cost is refundable (excluding international shipping fees). Please note: Abandoned or confiscated imported packages are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are not eligible for return unless found damaged or defective at the time of delivery:

  • Sleepwear

  • Innerwear

  • Swimwear

  • Complimentary Gifts or Freebies

Refund Process

You can choose from the following refund methods depending on your payment type:

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Online Payment Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Gift Voucher Orders: Refunds will be issued as a new coupon code equal to the original voucher value.

Return Label & Restocking Fee

A free return shipping label will be sent to your registered email address once your return is approved. There is no restocking fee for returning items under this policy.
